CHOICE BARRE FITNESS
Utilizing ballet barre & empowering music, class blends Yoga, Plates, & basic dance moves into a workout that isolates the accessory muscles to give you a long, lean dancer’s body.
Outdoor/indoor training that will get you stronger, faster, and leaner. This class offers an intense full body strength and conditioning work out using non-traditional equipment.
A full body strengthening class using a wide variety of methods and equipment to improve technique, mobility, strength, and endurance.
GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
A Personal Trainer will use a variety of strength training equipment to help participants improve strength, tone muscles, and learn new training techniques.
All-inclusive 60-minute workout targeting mobility, muscular strength, & endurance. This intense interval training is sure to give you the definition you are looking for.
