TRX GROUP TRAINING
Suspension training workouts allow participants to learn basic TRX set up and language. The workout itself will have 2-3 different rounds of work that will be performed. Workout will focus around strength/cardio/flexibility exercises with challenges at the end of each round of work.
TRX INFERNO BOOT CAMP
Boot Camp for members and non-members looking to get in shape and challenge their core. Classes include creative combination workouts like you’ve never seen before! Participants will use a variety of equipment including the TRX Suspension Trainer, Bosu, Kettlebell, Ropes, Medicine Balls, and more to train the entire body.
