Restorative workout intended to create body awareness and enhance well being in participants using techniques such as visualization and meditation. Class includes core and total body strength of Pilates, balance and flexibility of Yoga and stress reduction of meditation.
Performance Pilates is a unique mix of Mat Pilates, mindfulness, visualization, and affirmations that give you an epiphany in motion! This 6-week fitness series will focus on the 6 different areas of wellness: occupational, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and emotional.
Each week will spotlight one area of wellness combined with Mat Pilates, allowing participants to create improved body composition, core strength, and flexibility, while rejuvenating their mind, body, and soul.
