Core-tightening benefits of Pilates, full body flexibility & strength of Yoga, & the intensity of conditioning & dynamic movement. Open to all fitness levels, PiYo is a high intensity, low impact workout that is sure to improve your confidence & body’s physique.

 

MIND-BODY FUSION

Restorative workout intended to create body awareness and enhance well being in participants using techniques such as visualization and meditation. Class includes core & total body strength of Pilates, balance & flexibility of Yoga & stress reduction of meditation.

 

PERFORMANCE PILATES

Performance Pilates is a unique mix of Mat Pilates, mindfulness, visualization, and affirmations that give you an epiphany in motion! This 6-week fitness series will focus on the 6 different areas of wellness: occupational, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and emotional.

Each week will spotlight one area of wellness combined with Mat Pilates, allowing participants to create improved body composition, core strength, and flexibility, while rejuvenating their mind, body, & soul.

 

SOULATES

Pilates for the soul. A unique mix of Mat Pilates, mindfulness, visualization, & reflection designed to improve body composition & enhance core strength.
