Winter program offerings, times, and dates are subject to change. Choice Health & Fitness will continue to follow any COVID-19 Guidelines set by the ND Department of Health and the Grand Forks Public Health Department.
Grades: K – 6th
Choice Basketball Academy is designed to develop the fundamentals of basketball, utilizing skill development sessions with our basketball instructors. Programs available for all skill levels and will give each participant opportunities to improve their basketball and motor skills while enjoying competitive drills and game-like situations.
Grades: 4th – 7th
Choice Health & Fitness is excited to offer NEW basketball skills clinics for youth! Players will work on ball handling skills such as dribbling, moving with the ball, and passing. Clinics will also focus on foot speed and agility to help players improve their overall game.
Ages: 5 – 10 Years
Choice 10 & Under Tennis Program provides a progressive approach to tennis success. The class utilizes scaled courts, low-compression balls, and smaller racquets to meet each child’s developmental needs. The game-based curriculum allows kids to quickly learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun, action-filled environment.
Ages: 11 – 18 Years
Choice Tennis Academy is designed to develop junior tennis players through a curriculum which promotes a natural progression through skill-based levels. Every age/level has a specific set of objectives and our pros will make your child’s development and success a priority. Players learn in a fun and active, yet challenging environment where they compete with their peers.
Grades: 4th – 8th
Choice Volleyball Academy is designed to develop the basic skills of volleyball, utilizing skill development sessions and lessons with volleyball instructors. Programs are currently available for all skill levels and will give each participant opportunities for a broader understanding of the game.
Ages: 8 – 14 Years
Full-body strengthening using body weight, medicine balls, kettlebells, and cables to develop body awareness and proper technique. Class emphasizes quick feet, change of direction, and core exercises to develop agility, core strength, and body awareness.
Ages: 12 – 14 Years
Full-body strengthening class using a variety of equipment including medicine balls, kettlebells, and cables. Class emphasizes body awareness, proper technique, and core exercises to develop strength and conditioning.
