Great Expectations is a prenatal exercise program designed to empower women to overcome exercise barriers during pregnancy. Lead by Certified Personal Trainers who specialize in women’s health, this 6 week program consists of (2) thirty minute classes each week that focus on cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training.

Join Great Expectations:

  1. Schedule a FREE Prenatal Exercise Consultation with a trainer to identify your goals.
  2. Work with trainer to set exercise goals and create an progressive 6-week exercise program centered around you and your pregnancy.
  3. Sign up for a 6-week session of classes that work with your schedule.



Upbeat, interactive class designed to enhance the well-being of both mom & baby. Participants will get their heart rate up with a variety of strength & cardio exercises. Designed to allow moms to get their workout in while enjoying fun time with their little ones.



Take time for yourself to reach your fitness goals. Workouts are high-energy cardio and strength sessions followed by relaxation.



Prenatal yoga is a mid-week, restorative workout intended to create strength, confidence, relaxation, and comfort in expecting mothers. Improve sleep, alleviate discomfort or pain, and reduce stress and anxiety though this pregnancy-specific yoga practice. Class will be catered toward each individual pregnancy and will include deep breathing, gentle stretching, full-body strengthening poses, and relaxation through meditation.



Upbeat, 4-week program includes postpartum education topics such as exercise, nutrition, prevention & wellness for mom & baby,  facilitated by a Choice Certified Personal Trainer & Altru providers.

PARENT & ME SWIMMING  (Ages 9 months – 2 Years)

Introduction to water for parents & children. A fun and  safe way to get children comfortable in the water.

TINY TOTS TENNIS  (Ages 3 – 5 Years) 

Tiny Tots is designed to introduce pre-school children to tennis. This is a parent-child class, so plan to attend to assist with your child.
