Fueling for Performance | Age 16+

Fueling for Performance is a nutrition program designed to help athletes reach their performance goals. Through an interactive learning environment, participants learn how to properly fuel their bodies for their specific activities. The program consists of weekly meetings with an Altru registered dietitian & Choice Health & Fitness certified personal training who provide support & motivation to aid athletes in enhancing performance.

6 – Week Program
Program consists of meetings once a week. Participants will receive a personalized plan to help meet performance goals. Weekly meetings are lead by an Altru Dietitian and Choice Health & Fitness Personal Trainer and include: weigh-in, self-evaluation, nutritional education on how to fuel your body for optimal performance, as well as behavior modification tools.
