Grand Forks Park District is seeking applicants for a Maintenance Specialist position at Choice Health & Fitness.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / STANDARDS:

This position is responsible to assist the maintenance coordinator with the execution and supervision of maintenance and housekeeping at Choice Health & Fitness. This includes assisting with hiring, scheduling, and training personnel, as well as performing a variety of maintenance and housekeeping tasks within the facility and occasionally on the grounds.

Salary Range:               $47,000+ DOE (Grade 14)

Main Hours:                   8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Normal hours of operation for Choice Health & Fitness generally are 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and 7:30 am – 8:00 p.m. on weekends.  Summer hours of operation are reduced slightly due to earlier closing times. This position may consist of a variety of shifts depending on the hours of operation, programs, events, activities during each season, and assigned manager on duty shifts. Some early morning opening, evening closing, and weekend shifts may be required.
