TOURNAMENT SITES: Betty Engelstad Arena, Central High School, Red River High School, and Choice Health & Fitness MORE INFO & REGISTRATION: choicehf.com/sporting-events/grand-am-adult-basketball-tournament/ Completed registration, rosters, and tournament fee must be submitted online by the entry deadline. In the interest of fair play and to complete divisions, we reserve the right to reclassify teams prior to the tournament. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS: - Players are only allowed to compete on one roster in the tournament. - Any current or graduating college player (subject to NCAA and NAIA rules) may participate in the Open division. Open is the only division available to college players who played college basketball during the 2016-17 season. Players are responsible for confirming with their coach whether or not their participation in the Grand Am tournament will affect their eligibility. - Teams with three or more former college players must play in the Open or A division. - No former college players are permitted to play in any Recreation division. This includes red-shirted players and players who participated or practiced as part of the team for even a single day. Former junior college players of every level are considered college players and therefore cannot participate in any Recreation division. Teams with three or more former college players must play in the Open or A division. Former Division I players must play in the Open division. 1) Youth Programs registration deadline is February 27th. This includes youth racquetball, volleyball, basketball, and tennis. Registration deadline for youth TRX fitness, sports training, and aquatics is approaching soon.

Polar Plunges offer a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support Special Olympics athletes by raising money and taking the plunge into chilly North Dakota waters. Plungers raise a minimum of $75 for the opportunity to take the plunge. Have FUN! Form a team, come up with a fun name and crazy costumes with friends, co-workers, or classmates. 500 yard swim (20 lengths in pool). 14 mile bike. 5 K run.

Location: Choice Health & Fitness pool and South East parking lot
Early Bird Registration: April 9th ($40 for members, $45 for non-members)
Regular Event Registration: April 24th at 12pm ($55 for members & non members)

TRIATHLON EVENT INFO
-Heat 1 starts at 8:00 am sharp (6 athletes in each heat, starting every 20 min)
-You have 18 minutes to finish your swim. (If you are not finished, get out of pool & 2 min. will be added to your swim time)
-After swim, transition to the bikes (Transition area tents will be set up by the parking lot outside the pool area)
-You will bike 14 miles – no time limit (24 spin bikes will be set up in the South East Parking Lot)
-You must pedal throughout entire 14 mile bike. (If you stop – time/distance will zero out)
-After bike, transition to the run (transition area is the same as from swim to bike)
-5K run takes you on a marked loop down 47th and onto the Greenway and back to Choice
-When 5K run is completed – Woohoo! Pat yourself on back & head to Community Room for post race snacks & social!

**Event limited to 75 participants
**Must be 16 years or older
