CHOICE LITTLE SWIMMERS

Choice Little Swimmers is a series of aquatics programs designed to introduce young children to the water in a safe environment. With classes created for children 9 months to 3 years of age, Little Swimmers will teach children important basic water skills and safety.

PARENT & ME  |  9 Months – Under 2 Years old

Parent and Me swimming lessons provide an introduction to water for parents and children.  This 30-minute class offers a fun and safe way to get children comfortable in the water.  Swimming Diaper is Required at this Level

 

ADVANCED PARENT AND ME  |  2 – 3 Years Old

Advanced Parent and Me swimming lessons provide a fun and safe way to get children comfortable in the water.  This 30-minute class goes further than the original Parent and Me class by introducing children to water and safety skills.  Swimming Diaper is Required at this Level

 

TINY TOTS SWIMMING  |  3 – 4 Years Old

Tiny Tots swimming lessons provide an introduction to basic water skills and water safety for children.  This 30-minute class offers children a way to become comfortable in the water without a parent to advance to our Swimming Academy.  Must be Potty Trained at this Level

CHOICE SWIMMING ACADEMY

Choice Swimming Academy is designed to teach young children all levels of swimming, from basic skills to competitive and rescue strokes and water safety.

LEVEL 1 |  SUNFISH

In this introductory level, children will have fun in the water while learning water basics including bobs and floats.

 

LEVEL 2  |  PERCH

In this level, children will learn kicks, glides, and how to roll between front and back floats. The level also introduces breathing for the front crawl.

 

LEVEL 3  |  BASS

In this level, children will learn the front crawl with breathing as well as the elementary backstroke along with reviewing the skill from the previous levels.

 

LEVEL 4  |  WALLEYE

In this level, children will learn the breaststroke and sidestroke along with reviewing the skill from the previous levels.

 

LEVEL 5  |  NORTHERN PIKE

In this level, children will learn the backstroke, how to tread water, and sculling along with reviewing the skill from the previous levels.

 

LEVEL 6  |  MUSKIE

In this level, children will learn the breaststroke and sidestroke along with reviewing the skill from the previous levels.
