WOMEN & WEIGHTS

Learn the weights. Build confidence. Get stronger.

This beginner-friendly strength training program designed to help women feel comfortable using gym equipment. Participants will learn foundational strength exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands while building strength in a supportive environment.

Sessions take place in the PT studio, with guided time in the main weight room so participants can practice using equipment with confidence.

ULTIMATE CARDIO

Ultimate Cardio is a 30-minute high intensity cardio workout including: a 5-minute warm-up, 20-minute interval training, and 5-minutes of abdominal and stretching exercises.

PILATES REFORMER

Pilates Reformer teaches a variety of exercises on reformer with focus on breath control to promote core stabilization, strength, flexibility, and balance.

POWER CORE PILATES

Power Core Pilates is a full-body workout that combines the fundamental exercises of Pilates with strength and interval training.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

Women on Weights is a 30-minute class that blends strength training and cardio, offering a quick, dynamic workout with a variety of exercises to keep you engaged and challenged.
