Group Training for Beginners

INTRO TO REFORMER PILATES

This class will teach participants a wide variety of exercises on the reformer with focus on breath control to promote core stabilization, strength, flexibility, and balance.

 

CON”FIT”DENT

This 8-week small group training utilizes a variety of equipment and exercises and is designed to put you at ease so that you feel more confident in your exercise routine and using the facility equipment.
