In an effort to provide accessible fitness resources for everyone, we have created “AT-HOME WORKOUTS”
in a variety of formats that you can do in the comfort and safety of your own home!
Our fitness staff is continually working to create new, fun, and effective workouts that can be completed with every day objects that you can find around the house (i.e. soup cans, water jugs, chairs, broomsticks, jump ropes).
From full workout videos that you can follow along with to individual workout cards with correlating ‘how to” clips, we have something to help everyone stay healthy and active while stuck at home.
