Choice Health & Fitness offers fitness programs just for kids! Encourage your children to start learning healthy habits at a young age by registering them for one of our fun and engaging youth fitness programs.
This 30 minutes class will provide an opportunity for kids to get moving, learn body awareness, movement patterns and activities
in a safe and fun environment. These will be non-competitive activities designed to get kids moving!
45-minute training sessions twice a week will help to get the inexperienced teen comfortable and confident in the weight room. The program is led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
The goal of this class is to teach beginners proper lifting technique while promoting muscle growth through healthy movement.
4-week program introduces youth to health and fitness through fun and interactive activities with a focus on healthy lifestyle choices,
nutrition, and movement patterns.
