30 minute high intensity cardio workout using a variety of exercises to boost your heart rate and metabolism. This class is sustainable to all fitness levels as the instructors will make adaptions to give you a great workout, no matter if you are a beginner of advanced. Class features a 5-minute dynamic warm-up, 20-minute interval training, followed by 5-minute abdominal & stretching exercises.
Traditional 20-10 Tabata style workout. This high intensity cardio class includes a 5-minute dynamic warm-up, 20-minutes of high intensity intervals, and 5-minutes of cool down.
